Structure &Working Principle
The Chain Type Mud Scraper Is To Continuously Remove The Suspended Solids Floating On The Water Surface And The Sludge At The Bottom Of The Pool. The Scraper Moves Along The Pool Surface And The Bottom Of The Pool, And Pushes The Suspended Solids From The Inlet End Of The Liquid Surface To The Outlet End. . The Chain Type Mud Scraper Is Fixed At Both Ends Of The Chain, And The Chain Type Mud Scraper Is Driven By a Drive Sprocket Transmission Device. The Chain Scraper Moves Along The Entire Width Of The Tank, Scraping The Pollutants Into The Slag Discharge Tank And Scraping The Sludge Into The Sludge Hopper.

Test-Running
Connect The Skimmer Motor To The Electric Control Box.
Click the Start Button Of The Skimmer To Make Sure That Positive-Negative Running Of The Motor. Base On The Direction In Which Skimmer Moved Toward Scumming Tank.
Announcements
1. During The Installation Of Skimmer, Please Ensure The Degree Of Parallelism Of Drive Sprocket. The Error Is Less Than Or Equal To 2mm.
2. When The Flotation Tank Is First Put Into Use, Please Pay Attention To Observe The Running Condition Of Skimmer. Because No-Load Operation And Load Operation Have Different Effects On The Stress Of Scraper And Chains. Once Any Abnormal Status Occurs, Please Stop The Skimmer Immediately And Find Out The Reasons Until Eliminating The Trouble.
3. Putting Hands On The Chains And Sprocket Wheel Is Strictly Prohibited During The Skimmer Operation.
4. Reducer and Bearings Need Regular Refueling.
