Working Principle
The heat generated by the closed-loop refrigeration circuit of the heat pump is used to separate the water from the concentrate under vacuum pressure below -0.99Mpa based heating water from below 30 ℃
Heat Exchange Principle
In Order To Avoid Excessive Boiling And Affect The Quality Of The Distillate, The Liquid Is First Sent To The Bottom Of The Heater For Heating Before Passing Through The Auxiliary Exchanger To Be Cooled By Air. The First Stage Of Distillate Obtained At This Time Is The Conversion Of The Waste Liquid From Liquid To Vapor Conditions And Saturated At High Pressure. The Liquid Comes Out Of The Heating Converter And Then Passes Through The Main Exchanger To Be Cooled By Air. Before Reaching The Second Heat Exchanger, The Liquid In The Condensation Chamber Is Diffused Through a Thermostatic Valve. The Steam Generated In The Distillation System Releases Heat To Cool The Liquid Through The Thermostatic Valve. The Distillate Produced By The Above Heat Exchange Is Discharged Through a Centrifugal Pump. The Refrigeration Cycle Of This Equipment Uses Ecological Refrigerant (r407c).
Composition
It is automatically controlled by PLC and consists of heating tank, cold water tank, compressor, heat exchanger, cold row, suction pump and electrical control components.
