Composition and Principle

LCS-type Mechanical Grille Is Composed of the Rack, Systems Of Drive, Guide, Cleaning, Rake System Etc.

When Running, The Reducer Drives The Sprocket Rotation and The Sprocket Drives The Rake Tooth Chain For The Rotary Motion, and The Rake Chain Teeth Will Remove The Water Debris Continuously. When Moving To The Upper Part Of The Rack, Some Part Of The Debris Will Fall As Per Its Own Gravity, The Other Parts Of The Debris Will Be Scrapped Off By Its Rotating Brush Thus To Make It Finish A Circle, This Circle Will Continuously Copy Running To Make The Debris In The Sink Being Separated Continuously To Ensure The Initial Purification of Sewage and The Protection Of The Follow-Up Drainage Equipment.
