Feature and Characteristic

Working Principal

The mixture (Grit / liquid) enters the tank through the water inlet pipe above the tank. The larger specific gravity of the fluid, such as Grit particles, precipitates at the bottom of the trough. Under the push of the spiral blade, the Grit particles are lifted along the inclined U-shaped bottom of the trough. After leaving the liquid surface, continue to move for a certain distance, after the Grit particles are fully dehydrated, the Grit is transported to the high-end discharge truck by spiral conveying, and the water separated from the Grit is discharged from the overflow port to achieve the purpose of Grit and water separation. Before the overflow of the water tank, the solid matter separation rate of particle size ≥0.2mm reached 98%.
