Product Description

1.Introduction of PDAF

Precipitation Dissolved Air Flotation (PDAF) is our new developed DAF equipment combined with the actual use of the requirements and advanced technology both home and abroad.it can more effectively separate suspends solid in the water by perfect combination of both DAF technology and sedimentation craft in a pool.

The system is now in advanced domestic industry-leading level by adopting such international technology micro, inclined plate, sedimentation and shunt etc

2. Equipment Composition

The sedimentation flotation equipment consists of five systems:

1).Main DAF pool body;

2). Dissolved air system;

3). Skimming system;

4). Precipitation system;

5). Electronic control system;

6). Escalator walkway;

7). Inclined plate system (optional).

3. Application

It is applied for such water quality with high solid and flocculation concentration, and those SS or contaminants whose weight is heavier than water and also the precipitation phenomenon is significant. So it is widely applied in such fields as oil, fat, food processing, sludge concentration, electroplating pharmaceutical ,leather industry and so on.

4. Main features and advantages

1). Suitable for water treatment capacity range: 1 ~ 150 m3 / h (single unit)

2).Fit for high concentrations (large amount of SS, oil and colloidal) waste water

3).Assembly on mill to facilitate on-site easy by connecting matching pipeline and cables.

4).Optional installed indoor or outdoor (need insulation under -10℃ ambient temperature )

5).Can be achieved on-site unattended 24 hours automatic continuous operation

6).Easy to precipitate mud and prevent clogging

7).Easy to stop machine for cleaning.
