Working Principle

The air Which will be insert into the Dissolved Air Tank Through Air Compressor or Site Air Source Mixes with The Fresh Water to Generator Micro Air Bubble Under 0.35Mpa pressure to form dissolved air water which will be Released Suddenly to Generate Micro bubble who will Taken the Coagulant Suspend Solid Adhered onside into the DAF Tank Surface to form Scum Layers , while the Clean water will remain under the layer to go in the clean water pipe or back to the re-flux air water pipeline . the scums on the surface will be skimmed by the Scraper to generate solid liquid Separation.

Main Composition

It is composed of Cylinder DAF Tank Body with Air Dispenser, Distributor, Sludge Pipe, Outlet Pipe, Sludge Tank, Scraper & Transmission System etc Inside or Two Round Chemical Dosing Tanks with Agitators Outside
