Hanging Central Drive Sludge Suction Dredger Structure &Working Principle
After The Raw Water Is Distributed By The Central Water Distribution Tube, It Flows Radially To The Overflow Tank Around The Pool. As The Flow Rate Decreases, The Suspended Solids In The Water Body Are Separated And Settle At The Bottom Of The Pool. The Supernatant Is Discharged Out Of The Pool Through The Overflow Weir Plate From The Outlet Tank. Through The Deceleration Drive And The Transmission Of The Suspension Components, The Scraper Scrapes The Sludge Into The Central Sludge Collection Tank, And Relies On Hydrostatic Pressure Or Pumps To Discharge The Sludge Out Of The Pool. The Middle Water Inlet And Mud Discharge Are Adopted, And The Peripheral Drainage Is Adopted To Ensure Uniform Water Flow. Self-Priming Sludge Discharge Using Liquid Level Difference, With Scum Scraping And Removal Device And Overload Protection Device.
