Animal Manure Fermentation Tank Working Principle
Microorganisms use organic matter and residual proteins in livestock and poultry manure to reproduce rapidly under the conditions of temperature, humidity and sufficient oxygen of 50°C to 70°C. During the reproduction process, they consume organic matter, protein and oxygen in the feces, metabolize to produce ammonia, CO2 and water vapor, and at the same time release a large amount of heat, which increases the temperature inside the tank. At the same time, temperatures above 60°C can kill harmful bacteria, pathogens, seasonal eggs and other harmful substances in the feces, while balancing the temperature, humidity and PH value for the survival of beneficial bacteria to meet the survival conditions of beneficial bacteria. With fresh livestock and poultry, Feces are continuously added, and the microbial circulation in the tank continues to multiply, so that fermented organic fertilizer can be continuously produced. At the same time, the deodorization system is used to biologically deodorize the discharged gas to achieve the purpose of harmless treatment of livestock and poultry manure.
